儿茶酚O-甲基转移酶(COMT)是甲基从S-腺苷甲硫氨酸向多巴胺上的羟基的镁依赖性转移,将其转化为3-甲氧基酪胺。儿茶酚O-甲基转移酶在组织中有两种形式,可溶性形式(S-COMT)和膜结合形式(MB-COMT)。儿茶酚O-甲基转移酶用于调节大脑中的肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺水平[1]。
