Summary The solubilities in water at 25'of glycine, a-amino-isobutyric acid, a-amino-n- butyric acid, 6-amino-n-butyric acid and y-aminobutyric acid have been measured. The solubilities remained essentially constant when successive saturated solutions were formed from the same portions of solid samples.
