Abstract

Results Packed U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cellslg (0.5 mL; ca. 1.5 X lo8 cells) were incorporated into agarose gel threads, as described. 15-18 The cell-containing threads were perfused, in a recirculating fashion, 16-18 with Ham's F-12 medium (pH 7.4) supplemented with 10% of fetal calf serum.
