Abstract

VINCENZO MALATESTA, MICHAEL JENNINGS, and PETER HACKEIT. Can. J. Chem. 61, 366 (1983). Irradiation at 300 nm of cycloalkanones in methanol gives the corresponding ketals in good yields.
