Abstract

In the course of this work several observations of general interest in peptide synthesis were made. One of these was the superiority of the benzyl over the methyl ester for use in the preparation of the hydrazide of p-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl-cleucyl-> alanyl-cvaline.
