Abstract

One approach to the development of hypocholesterolemic agents has been the synthesis of com-pounds which will inhibit the endogenous synthesis of cholesterol. Previous papers in the series described the synthesis and potent hypocholesteroleniic properties of certain aza- and diazncholest, erols.
