Abstract

In a 66-year-old woman, enlarged lymph nodes were seen on routine breast imaging. She had received a diagnosis of ductal carcinoma 6 years earlier and had been treated with radiation and chemotherapy, followed by anastrozole. A diagnostic procedure was performed. Presentation of Case Dr. Michelle C. Specht: A 66-year-old woman with a history of breast cancer was seen in the outpatient cancer center of this hospital 7 months after completion of adjuvant endocrine therapy because of changes seen on routine breast imaging. The patient had been well until 6 years before the current evaluation, when she noted a mass in the superolateral quadrant of the left breast. Dr. Elizabeth A.
