Abstract

• Allergic airway inflammation is aggravated by environmental chemicals methoxychlor, parathion, or piperonylbutoxide. • We investigated the association between immunosuppressive chemicals and development of allergic airway inflammation. • Using an animal model of ovalbumin-induced allergic airway inflammation in NC/Nga mice.
