Abstract Methyl esters of the cyclohexyl-, phenethyl-,(2-naphthyl) methyl-, and 2′-(1- naphthyl) ethyl β-glycosides of N-acetylmuramyl-L-analyl-D-isoglutamine have been synthesized.
