Abstract

We devised a new ratiometric fluorescent probe for the detection of chloride ions. This synthesized probe was applied to the ventricular myocytes to successfully realize dynamic imaging of Cl(-) concentration fluctuations during the myocardial ischemia course.This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2012
