Abstract

Highlights ► We developed a new LC–MS/MS method for ceftiofur metabolite in bovine kidney. ► The new method is both determinative and confirmatory. ► The method utilizes a simple and effective extraction procedure. ► A deuterated internal standard was synthesized and used for quantitation.
