In the plant We have 3-4reactors in one room to avoid material cross-contamination physically,each reactor adopts a
temperature automatic control system (TCU), temperature and pressure signal access to DCS, connect each
dangerous process reactor into SIS system; automatic scraper discharge centrifuge and horizontal centrifuge equipped
with online oxygen detection&nitrogen protection and online automatic cleaning system; drying equipment using double
cone dryer and vacuum oven to meet the needs of closed production,each drying equipment is set in an independent
room, avoiding cross-contamination and material mixing. All production and storage areas are equipped with automatic
alarm detectors and exhaust fans. Technology platform
In this site We can fulfill high pressure hydrogenation(10mpa),high pressure ammoniation(9mpa), oxidation, bromination,high Vacuum distillation(-0.1mpa), azido reaction,diazo reaction,chlorination ,grignard reaction ,ultra-low
