EBI-907 is a highly potent, selective, orally active B-Raf V600E inhibitor with enzyme IC50 of 7 nM, A375 cell growth IC50 of 13 nM; shows no anti-proliferative effects on the growth of Calu-6 cells carrying a wild-type B-Raf, exhibiting at least 40-fold (455 nM) selectivity towards B-RafV600E-dependent cells lines; demonstrates excellent in vivo efficacy in B-Raf(V600E) dependent Colo-205 tumor xenograft models in mouse.
