Abstract
Solvolysis Products.-The acetolysis products of tosylates XXXVII and XXXVIII were examined, and the products are indicated in Chart 11. The product studies were made in dry acetic acid solutions 0.02 M in substrate and 0.022 M in sodium acetate, whereas no acetate was added to the kinetic runs.
