Abstract

Various thiazoles exhibit pharmacological activity, eg, antimicrobial, antihistaminic, antiparazitic, anti- helminthic, antipyretic, and antiviral. Such medicines as Sulfathiazole, Phthalylsulfathiazole, and related compounds are widely used in medical practice.
