Abstract

Abstract In this paper the synthesis of a library of new 1, 4-disubstituted 1, 2, 3-triazoles 1, with a variety of additional functional groups on its structure, from an in situ generated benzyl azide 2 and different alkynes and dialkynes 3 is reported. Optimal experimental conditions were established for the conventional click chemistry and for the microwave-assisted synthesis of these 1, 2, 3-triazoles.
