Abstract No Fe-ar: Iron catalyzes an imine-directed C [BOND] H bond activation to introduce an ortho-aryl group to an acetophenone-derived imine using a diarylzinc reagent (see scheme), whereas palladium catalyzes the conventional substitution reaction.
