Abstract

CONCLUSIONS The use of two GC columns and a small library of frequently encountered constituents allows fast preliminary screening and more reliable identifications when applied to the volatile extract of jackfruit. The method should be generally applicable to samples such as biological and environmental ones and, in fact, should be even more useful as the complexity of the sample and the need for preliminary screening increases.
