Abstract

We previously reported that the reaction of simple organoboranes or B-alkyl-9-borabicyclo [3.3. l] nonanes4 with ethyl mono-and dihaloacetates, in the presence grouping in such reaction^.^ Accordingly, we undertook a study of the alkylation of dichloroacetonitrile.
