Abstract
A series of 64 derivatives of substituted heterocyclic analogues of salicylanilides was synthesized. The compounds were evaluated for in vitro antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium avium and two strains of Mycobacterium kansasii.
