Abstract
Two series of allylamines/benzylamines have been synthesised and evaluated for their antifungal activity towards Cryptococcus neoformans. All compounds are chiral derivatives of Butenafine and Terbinafine, having additional substituents at the carbon connected to the central nitrogen atom.
