Abstract
Dual cyclooxygenase/lipoxygenase (COX/LOX) inhibitors constitute a valuable alternative to classical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and selective COX-2 inhibitors for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
