Abstract

... MS (ESI) 373 (M+Na + ), 723 (2M+Na + ). Succinic acid mono[(5-fluro-2,4-dioxo-di-hydro-2H- pyrimidin-1-yl)methyl] ester (10). To the stirred solution of compound 9 (470 mg, 1.34 mmol) in 10 mL of acetic acid was added 10% Pd/C (0.5 g) and 1,4-cyclohexadiene (0.76 mL, 8.0 mmol).
