Abstract

A monooleoyl glycerophospho heptapeptide was synthesized as a candidate of the endogenous pathogen of essential hypertension. Synthesis of the target compound was achieved by the fragment condensation of the phosphorylated tetrapeptide with a His- containing tripeptide.
