Abstract

New series of pyrrolidine mercaptosulfide, 2-mercaptocyclopentane arylsulfonamide, and 3- mercapto-4-arylsulfonamidopyrrolidine matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors (MMPIs) were designed, synthesized, and evaluated.
