Abstract
Results Grignard reagents were prepared in tetrahydrofuran (THF) from a mixture of endo and exo isomers containing about 87% of endo-5-(chloromethyl) norbornene (1-CI) and from a pure sample of the exo isomer 2-C1 and heated to temperatures of 80-120 OC in sealed tubes.
