Abstract
Sodium amide containing complex bases (CB) NaNH2-RONa are useful reagents to generate carbanions and trigger anionic polymerisations as well as to perform syn eliminations or elimination-additions. 1 According to the basic principles of aggregative activation2 CB properties may be easily modified by changing the nature of the activating agent RONa.
