Abstract
N, N'-Dichlorobis (2, 4, 6-trichlorodiphenyl) urea, also known as 2-chlorocarbinol (CC-2) is a potential decontaminant of Sulfur Mustard (SM), which is also known as bis (2-chloroethyl) sulfide (HD), a well-known warfare agent.
