Abstract

A NOVEL FORKY PEPTIDE WAS DESIGNED AND SYNTHESIZED. THE PEPTIDE SELF ASSEMBLED INTO SUPRAMOLECULAR HYDROGELS TRIGGERED BY ZINC ION(ZI). THE HYDROGELS WAS DESIGNED FOR DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM(DDS), LOADED DOCETAXEL AND APPLIED IN THERAPIES OF PROSTATE CANCER. OUR RESEARCH DISCUSSED RESPONDING MECHANISM AND EVALUATED ANTICANCER EFFECT OF THE DDS.
