Abstract

A novel μ1, 1-OMe-bridged dimeric manganese (III) complex with the tridentate Schiff base ligand 2-[1-(2-methylaminoethylimino) ethyl] phenolate has been prepared and structurally characterized. The magnetic property of the complex shows the presence of ferromagnetic interaction mediated by double methoxy bridges.
