Abstract

Three polymer-supported quaternary ammonium mesylates were synthesized for recyclable polymeric phase transfer catalysts (PTCs). Through comparison study using nucleophilic fluorination, tertiary alcohol containing polymer 3c proved to be the best catalyst with high catalytic activity and chemoselectivity.
