Abstract

In connection with the study of the effect of chemical structure of synthetic and natural bioanalogues of insect juvenile hormone on their physiological effect we in- vestigated in greater detail the group of aromatic terpenoid ethers. From the available data on the hormonal juvenilizing activity of the compounds of this group, synthetized by us earlier (compounds I - XII, Table I), the superiority of monoterpenoid ethers of 4-acylphenols with lower acyl groups clearly emerged.
