Abstract
The carbon-sulphur bond in aliphatic diphenyldithio-acetals, α- carbonyldiphenyldithioacetals and α-carbonylketene dimethyldithioacetals can be cleaved cathodlcally on mercury (Hg) or glassy carbon (GC) electrodes.
