Abstract

A series of S-(4-dialkylarnin0-2-biitynyl)-sribstituted cyclic imides has been prepared. These conipounds have been investigated for antagonistic activity toward acetylcholine on isolated guinea pig ileal preparations and for mydriatic activity and blockade of the motor effects of oxotremorine in intact mice.
