Abstract
A solution-phase multiple-parallel synthesis approach was employed for the preparation of 6- , 7-and 8-aryl-substituted chromenone libraries, which were screened as inhibitors of the DNA repair enzyme DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK).
