Abstract

Abstract A series of unsaturated acyclonucleoside bis (POC) prodrugs of E configuration were synthesized through an expeditious, highly efficient and stereoselective one-step procedure from corresponding bis (POC) allylphosphonate through Ru catalyzed cross- coupling metathesis reaction.
