Abstract

The enantiomeric compositions of the acetates, butanoates, hexanoates, and octanoates of the secondary alcohols 2-pentanol, 2-heptanol, and 2-nonanol were determined in yellow (Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa) and purple (Passiflora edulis Sims) passion fruits.
