Abstract

CH2= CHCH2MgBr with alkenes6 and as dienophiles with 1, 3-diene~.~ Only a few scattered examples exist of addition of organometallics to N-sulfonyl imine^.^ We now report that these electrophilic imines produced in situ by the Kresze procedure undergo clean reactions wtih various Grignard and organolithium compounds.
