Abstract
Neutral complexes of the type AuX (PEt,)(X= Br, CN, SCN) were prepared and characterized by infrared and Raman spectroscopy, with the major emphasis on the assignment of the gold-ligand vibrations and discerning the mode of bonding for the ambidentate ligands.
