Abstract
Abstract In the present study, β-cyclodextrin-silica hybrid is synthesized as a novel, efficient and eco-friendly microvessel and solid–liquid phase-transfer catalyst. This molecular host system was applied for nucleophilic substitution reaction of phenacyl halides in water.
