Abstract

Carbon− fluorine bond formation by transition metal catalysis is difficult, and only a few methods for the synthesis of aryl fluorides have been developed. All reported transition- metal-catalyzed fluorination reactions for the synthesis of functionalized arenes are based on palladium.
