Abstract
Abstract Primary amines protected by incorporation into a “triazone” derivative (3) are stable to various reduction, oxidation, organometallic, and basic hydrolysis conditions, and may be regenerated by treatment with aqueous ammonium chloride at 70. An application to polyamine synthesis is described.
