Abstract
. January 1966 NEW COMPOUNDS 159 alcohol), 10 ml. of t-butyl alcohol, 2.65 ml. of 1- Vh2s04, and 5.30 ml. of 307, H202 cooled in an ice-salt bath, a solution of 1.96 1111. of 2 in 10 nil. of t-butyl alcohol was added (the solution RC-yuired a deep red-brown color).
