Abstract
Ethylenediamine Derivatives of (Ary1oxy) propanolamines Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, 1983, Vol. 26, No. 8 1111 amides 8 and 9 or for the sulfamide 10. The primary ureas 11 and 12, although extremely potent, showed minimal cardioselectivity and possessed long durations of action.
