Abstract

Abstract Combinatorial chemistry with a newly-developed screening procedure using complementary fluorescein-and rhodamine-labelled oligonucleotides (below) has been used to select peptide dsDNA binding ligands. A high structure–affinity relationship of the dsDNA-binding unnatural peptide was observed.
