Abstract
Classical and nonclassical isosteric C8-N9 bridged analogues of the multitargeted antifolate LY231514 were synthesized as inhibitors of thymidylate synthase (TS), dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR), and as antitumor and antiopportunistic infection agents.
