Abstract

L'alkylation de l'anion de l'indole, formé préalablement par action de KOH +1% de NBu 4 Br, est effectuée en absence de tout solvant organique, en présence ou non de “supports” solides minéraux. Ainsi les produits de N-éthylation ou octylation sont obtenus quantitativement dans des conditions expérimentales très douces et aisées à mettre en oeuvre. ...
