Abstract
Abstract Several 3 (2H)-pyridazinones with amino groups at the 5-position of the pyridazine nucleus have been prepared. The 6-aryl-5-halo-3 (2H)-pyridazinones obtained from mucochloric and mucobromic acid lead to the corresponding 5-alkylamino-3 (2H)- pyridazinones, which were tested as platelet aggregation inhibitors.
