Abstract
Herein we report an investigation of the efficacy of pyridine and pyrimidine analogs of acetaminophen (ApAP) as peroxyl radical-trapping antioxidants and inhibitors of enzyme- catalyzed lipid peroxidation by cyclooxygenases (COX) and lipoxygenases (LOX).
