Abstract

Abstract The platinum complexes of L-norepinephrine, L-epinephrine, L-dopa, α- methyldopa, DL-dops, DL-isoprotenerol and adrenalone have been prepared and their mode of coordination characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and 1 H NMR spectra. Preliminary screening tests of these complexes against mouse leukemia L 1210 in vitro have been carried out.
